Return Policy:

All sales are final: due to the nature of our business, Nire's Apothecary does not offer refunds of any kind. Products damaged or lost in shipping are the responsibility of the purchaser and third party delivery service.

Disputes:

We try our best to make every customer feel as special as they are and ask that our customer's extend us the same curtesy by letting us know when there is an issue with one of our products. All disputes should be directed to our email address as NiresApothecary@Gmail.com. Please include your name, address, phone number, email address, description of the problem, pictures(if applicable) and a copy of the receipt so that we can resolve your issue promptly. Our staff will respond within 7-10 business days will a resolution, if possible.  

Mandatory Arbitration:

By using this site you agree that any dispute arising in connection with our products or services will be settled through friendly negotiation. In the event that friendly negotiation does not result in a satisfactory resolution, you agree to binding arbitration. The arbitral award will be final and binding on both parties and subject to the laws of the State of Florida, where our business is headquartered.

Essential Oils Warnings:

• Essential oils are concentrated substances, any concentrated substance can be caustic. Caustic substances can burn the skin if not properly diluted.
• Essential oils MUST be properly diluted prior to topical use. You can find guides online for specific dilution ratios. People of different ages and medical conditions can require different dilution ratios so always check before use to ensure best results.
• Essential oils should NEVER be consumed orally or internally, unless directed to do so by a licensed herbalist or other licensed medical professional.
• A patch test is ALWAYS a good idea, whether you suspect you may be allergic/sensitive or not. To perform a Patch Test apply a small amount of the substance/product to a small, inconspicuous area of skin and then monitor the area for 48 hours to ensure no negative side effects and/or limit any possibly serious allergic reaction that could occur prior to commencing widespread use. 
• Always read the label, descriptions and warnings!
• All our products descriptions contain helpful informative links to blogs in an effort to better educate our customers concerning each and every ingredient listed in our recipe. Make sure the product you are buying is right for you.
• Certain essential oils may cause negative interactions with certain medications, certain health conditions, pregnancy, etc. 
• People with allergies, certain medical conditions, infants, elderly, and those who are pregnant or breast feeding should ALWAYS consult a doctor prior to beginning any herbal treatment.
